It all started in 1985 with the creation of “Aliments Rapides” by Gilles Laflamme. At that time, the company produced ready-to-eat meals, then specialized in marshmallow rice crispy squares in 1995.

In 2001, Martin Joyal took the reins and evolved the company into “Rapid Snack,” with a clear ambition: to conquer new markets beyond Quebec. 🌍

In 2010, Rapid Snack became Yourbarfactory, with the goal of developing a wider variety of bars: health, protein, granola, and more. In 2024, Yourbarfactory has sold 100 million units worldwide! 🍫

Today, 23 years later, Gilles Laflamme came to visit and witnessed the evolution of what was once a small company, now a major player in the personalized bar market. A beautiful moment of exchange between two key figures in the history of Yourbarfactory.
